Description

The project's brief is to have major improvement of layout, including zoning and pedestrian flow, as well as improvement to amenity provisions, as it is intended to be used for both VIPs & workers in Jurong Island. The segregation & its integration between each other are done through space planning & at the same time enhance the building's overall appearance by having new facade elements.
